All Zoom Zoom drivers are required to maintain valid driver’s licenses, vehicle registration, personal insurance, and applicable local transportation approvals in the United States or Canada. Documentation is verified before activation and reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Before every trip, riders can view the driver’s name, photo, vehicle make and model, license plate number, and live arrival tracking to ensure they enter the correct vehicle with confidence.

In-app emergency assistance.
The Zoom Zoom app includes a built-in emergency feature that allows riders to quickly access local emergency services and share trip details when necessary.

Real-time trip visibility.
Riders can share live trip details with trusted contacts from pickup to drop-off. Trip tracking includes route visibility, estimated arrival time, and driver information.

Driver preference options.
Where available, riders may select driver preferences to enhance comfort and confidence during their trip experience.

Two-way ratings and accountability.
After each trip, riders and drivers rate one another. Ongoing performance monitoring helps maintain high service standards across both U.S. and Canadian markets.
